**Hour Swim Relays this Saturday**

It's almost here! Six of eight lanes are filled both at 6:30 and at 7:45. Six women's teams, three men's teams and three mixed teams are ready to swim through each hour. If you are interested in participating, but haven't yet signed up, here are some options:

1. If you're a guy over 60 and can swim at 7:45 am, there's a relay waiting for you! John Goldman, John Collin and Bob Hubbell invite you to be their fourth. Email them or tasha@menlomasters.com

2. Gather a team of four and use the link below to claim your lane - complete teams of four only, please! Two lanes are currently available at 6:30 and at 7:45

3. Show up Saturday morning at 6:15 or at 7:30 and see if there's a need for a substitute. If not, you can help time and count for one of the teams

Marianne Brems shared the news that her modest, quiet sister Karen (swims in lane 2 at 7 am) recently won the 2012 UCI Masters Cyclocross World Championships for her age group.
