About Menlo Masters

It is the mission of Menlo Masters Swimming to provide the community with opportunities for swimming improvement, competition, lifetime fitness, and social interaction in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

From its headquarters in Menlo Park, California, the team provides a comprehensive weekly schedule of coached workouts and an annual schedule of clinics, competitions, fun goal-setting activities, and social events. Workouts are high energy, with positive coaching and team camaraderie that helps each swimmer reach new levels. The shared team experience makes for great outside training partners and enduring friendships.

About joining and starting

Drop into any of our 21 weekly workouts ($20 drop-in):

Mon–Fri: 5:45am – 6:45am
Mon–Fri: 7:00am – 8:00am
Mon–Fri: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Tue and Thu: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Sat: 6:00am – 7:00am
Sat: 7:00am – 8:00am
Sat: 8:00am – 9:00am
Sun: 7:00am – 8:00am
